I am happy to be back from the One of a Kind Show…it was a great show but it was EXHAUSTING and I missed my girls way too much! Thanks to everyone who came out to see me. My new ‘frameables’ were really a hit. I paint them in sets of three; however, most people mixed them up into groupings that went together but weren’t totally similar. Very cool!

A huge thank you to Brittany for featuring my work in her awesome blog Gallery 8 after seeing me at the show!

The Whimsygal Cardshop

On the late night drive home from Toronto I was contemplating all the things I had been putting off before the show and what I had to focus on when returning back to the studio. I started to fret about my overgrown to-do list when the PERFECT song came on the radio…Everybody’s Free – To Wear Sunscreen by Baz Luhrmann. I think we all heard this one back in the 90′s but I for one had forgotten about it and the GREAT ADVICE it contains. I love it! Listen to it here, and listen carefully, it definitely made my day!
